Egg Casserole

Approximately 30 minutes cooking

6 pieces if made in the Omnia


This egg casserole is easy to prepare with on hand ingredients and makes for a delicious meal.

Egg Casserole

How To

  • Beat eggs in a large bowl

  • Stir in the milk and cheese

  • Place the cubed/torn bread in the bottom of your Omnia Stove Top Oven

  • Put additional ingredients on top of bread

  • Pour the egg mixture over everything in your Omnia. Ideally, everything should be touching the egg mixture


  • Add cooked bacon, ground sausage, or ham

  • Add 1/2 cup chopped broccoli (raw or cooked, raw will turn out more al dente)

  • Add 1/4 chopped onion

  • Add 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms (recommended to pre-cook to remove water)

  • Add 1 sliced leek (the white part - recommended to pre-cook to remove water)

  • Add any other vegetables you have on hand

  • Add other dried or fresh herbs such as basil, rosemary, thyme, parsley, cilantro, etc

  • Eggs (4-6)

  • 2 tablespoons of milk per egg

  • 2 slices of day old bread, cubed or torn in pieces

  • 1 cup of your favorite cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste
